A Note From Mackenzie

Well, our new web site has been live for a few weeks. Pretty smooth transition. I want to thank a couple of our customers who brought some minor issues to our attention. We try to respond to everyone with any questions or comments as soon as possible.

I want you to know, in an effort to be a responsible business, respectful of your personal email space, I do not want to bombard you with daily newsletters. I’m sure you get plenty of that from the giant stores and from those awful spam ads.

But I want to stay in touch with you especially when we have something important to say about any cost savings or special products. I also like to take you a little bit into our world of chocolate. Sort of a chocolate “reality show” but real life at the chocolate factory behind the scenes. It’s pretty fun working here. 

So if you opt out of our newsletters (I hope you don’t because it makes me feel like you’re breaking up with me!) Please be gentle and let me down easy. I read every single comment and take it to heart. 

For 30 years I have been working to make this a business my children and grandchildren and the folks who work here are proud of. I also treasure each and every one of you…my valued customers!
