Returning Customers:
For returning wholesale customers, please login with the credentials provided to you at sign up.
New Customers:
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must fill out a wholesale application and provide us with a valid resale certificate as proof of eligibility and tax exemption. Please read the following additional information before applying.
Payment: Initial orders must be prepaid. In some specific circumstances, terms may be negotiated after the first order is fulfilled.
Order Fulfillment: The average lead time for most confections and desserts is 1 to 2 weeks. However, this may vary for custom orders and larger quantities.
Shipping: We use UPS to ship all packages. The nature of our products makes them highly susceptible to warmer temperatures. During the summer months, we ship with ice packs in heat shield packaging to help prevent melting. We will also delay shipment of orders when necessary for extreme weather or other shipping concerns. Please be mindful of these challenges when selecting your shipping method.
Pickup in Store: Please ensure your order is ready for pick up before arrival. Completed orders will have the order status of "Awaiting Pickup"
