Nothing like this - it's so good. Thick chunks of chocolate, smooth peanut butter nougat filling, perfectly roasted almonds - this is a lifetime best treat.
I came across this treat while touring the Hermitage in Tennessee while on break during our recording studio time; I was so hungry and went to the gift shop to see if there was anything there that would interest me. Not knowing what a "colt bolt" was, I ended up purchasing one and put it in my purse and continued w/ the tour. once back to the car, I opened and ate my wondering chocolate treat and it was so devine, I could not believe what I was tasting. it's a chocolate top/bottom w/ a peanut butter whip in the middle and a couple of whole almonds; once back in North Dakota, I ordered a couple boxes of treats online and they arrived in an adorable gift box which is still on my piano at home. My only wish is that there could be a calorie-free version of this so I could have them whenever I wanted! haha great job MackEnzie and team! I'm a customer for life :)
