Spring is almost here. I’m hoping we can get at least one good snow in Nashville this year. I know the rest of the country has been digging out of the white stuff but here in our city we have had NO SNOW. Part of the reason I moved here from California was so I could enjoy the changing seasons and for me…that means some snow in the winter!

And it’s the perfect time to try our milk or dark chocolate marshmallows – classic! Now that makes a mighty fine cup of hot chocolate when you drop them in. So yes, it would be nice to have some beautiful white snow on the ground to complete that perfect hot cocoa.
